Suggested subject: Wardrobe Studio Support Request
What to Include
Please include your device model, iOS version, Wardrobe Studio app version if available, and a short description of what happened. Do not email passwords or full payment card details.
Common Support Topics
- Account sign-in, email verification, password reset, or account deletion.
- Wardrobe Studio data, backups, imports, photos, widgets, or share extension issues.
- Camera, photo library, location, or notification permission problems.
- Pro entitlement, purchase restore, subscription, or App Store billing questions.
If you signed in with Apple and used a private relay email address, please contact support from that relay address or include enough information to identify your account.
Subscriptions and Purchases
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests are handled through the user's Apple ID account and Apple's App Store settings.
To manage or cancel an Apple-billed subscription, open iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy and Account Deletion
For privacy questions, data access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, or account deletion support, email developer.nacho@gmail.com. If you use an account in Wardrobe Studio, include the email address associated with the account so we can identify the request.
If you created an account, use the in-app account deletion option where available or contact support for assistance. Deleting the app may remove local app data from your device, but it may not automatically delete any account or provider-side records.
Backups and Local Data
Wardrobe Studio can export a manual JSON backup that may include your clothing photos and wardrobe details. Store backup files carefully and delete old copies when you no longer need them.
Exported backup files may include wardrobe data, notes, outfit information, wishlist entries, and photos if included in the export. Anyone with access to an exported backup file may be able to view the information contained in it. Keep exported backups in a safe location and avoid sharing them with people you do not trust.
