1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Wardrobe Studio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms are intended to work alongside Apple's App Store terms and any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
Wardrobe Studio is developed and maintained by Nacho MartÃnez, operating under the Sizle Digital Product Studio brand.
These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, Apple's standard terms that apply to apps distributed through the App Store.
2. Description of the App
Wardrobe Studio helps you organize clothing, save garment photos and details, build outfits, track wears, plan trips, maintain a wishlist, receive optional reminders, view widgets, and unlock Pro features where available.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for using Wardrobe Studio lawfully, keeping your device and account access secure, entering accurate information, keeping your backups safe, and making sure you have the right to upload, store, share, or export any photos, product links, notes, or other content you add to the app.
4. Accounts
Wardrobe Studio may support guest mode and account-based features. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Account authentication may be provided through Firebase or another backend service used by Wardrobe Studio.
If you use Sign in with Apple, your account access is subject to Apple's sign-in flow and your Apple ID settings.
5. Account Deletion
If Wardrobe Studio allows account creation, the app will provide a way to request or initiate account deletion from within the app, subject to verification and legal retention requirements. Deleting the app may remove local app data from your device, but it may not automatically delete any account or provider-side records.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Wardrobe Studio may offer Pro features through monthly, yearly, or lifetime purchases. All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests are handled through the user's Apple ID account and Apple's App Store settings.
The specific Pro features, price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial terms are shown in the app before purchase. Pro features may include expanded wardrobe limits, advanced outfit planning, wishlist tracking, trip packing tools, widgets, backups, or other premium features shown in the app before purchase.
A lifetime purchase, where offered, grants access to the specified Pro features for the lifetime of the app as made available by the developer, subject to app availability, platform limitations, and these Terms.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You can manage or cancel Apple-billed subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's App Store policies and applicable consumer law. Wardrobe Studio cannot directly cancel Apple-billed subscriptions or issue App Store refunds outside Apple's process.
8. Your Content and Backups
You keep ownership of the wardrobe content you add to the app, such as garment photos, item details, outfits, wear logs, wishlist links, and backup files. You grant Wardrobe Studio the limited permission needed to store, display, process, and export that content so the app can provide its features.
Manual backup files can contain your wardrobe data and photos. You are responsible for where you save, share, or transmit those files.
9. Recommendations, Weather, and External Content
Outfit suggestions, weather-aware recommendations, stats, style summaries, and trip plans are provided for convenience and general informational use. They may be incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Product pages, retailer websites, product images, and external services accessed through links or the share extension are controlled by third parties.
Wardrobe Studio recommendations are provided for personal organization and convenience only. They are not professional fashion, safety, weather emergency, travel, or financial advice.
Wishlist links and target prices are provided for personal organization only. Wardrobe Studio is not responsible for product availability, price accuracy, shipping, returns, or purchases made on third-party retailer websites.
10. Intellectual Property
The app, its content, design, branding, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except where permitted by applicable law.
11. Availability and Changes
Wardrobe Studio may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may vary by platform, device, operating system version, App Store availability, network availability, and account or purchase status.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the app, including loss of data, loss of wardrobe records, lost backup files, purchase issues handled by Apple, or reliance on recommendations.
