What to Include

Please include your device model, operating system version, GymMate app version if available, the sign-in method you used, and a short description of what happened. Do not email passwords, full payment card details, private health records, Apple Health exports, recovery codes, or exported GymMate files unless support specifically asks for a limited excerpt.

If you signed in with Apple and used a private relay email address, please contact support from that relay address or include enough information to identify your account. If you use Google sign-in, include the email address connected to that sign-in method.

Common Support Topics

Account Deletion and Data Export

If you created an account, use the in-app account deletion option in Settings where available or contact support for assistance. GymMate may ask for verification before processing deletion requests.

Deleting the app may remove local app data from your device, but it may not automatically delete account-backed records, provider-side records, Apple Health records, exported files, or copies stored elsewhere.

GymMate provides in-app data export for account-backed data. Exported files may include training programs, workout logs, body metrics, notes, achievements, notification settings, and other account-related records. Keep exported files in a safe location and avoid sharing them with people you do not trust.

Apple Health, Apple Watch, and Notifications

Apple Health and Apple Watch features require permissions managed by iOS and watchOS. You can review or revoke Health permissions in iOS Settings or the Health app. Health data already written to Apple Health is managed through Apple Health, not through GymMate support.

Notification permissions can be managed in iOS Settings. Notification preferences such as categories, quiet hours, and frequency limits can be adjusted inside GymMate where available.

AI-Assisted Features

AI-assisted summaries, weekly insights, program suggestions, and coaching explanations depend on Apple Foundation Models availability on your device. They may be unavailable when the operating system, device, Apple Intelligence settings, model availability, or Low Power Mode do not support them.

Purchases and Subscriptions

The native iOS app code reviewed for this update does not currently show an active StoreKit purchase or subscription flow. If GymMate offers Apple-billed purchases or subscriptions in the future, they will be processed through Apple's App Store.

To manage or cancel an Apple-billed subscription, open iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
